KS3 Brodsworth Hall visit 4th May 2018

10th May 2018

As part of this half term's thematic curriculum on 'Being British', an enthusiastic group of KS3 students ventured out to Brodsworth Hall, a local stately home run by English Heritage. The grounds were a great source of adventure with sunken gardens, tunnels and follies to be explored. After our tour we ventured into a secluded meadow and played softball rugby and football for an hour in the spring sunshine. To end our visit we all went to a carvery pub for a 'Traditional' Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding dinner which went down really well (and really fast!). The students treated themselves to Ice cream or cake for dessert.
